Marathon man. I've completed five Chicago Marathons and am completely addicted to it. If you’re going to watch from the sidelines this year, don’t forget to hand me pretzels as I run past!

Music lover. My coworkers call me “an arts organization’s dream” because I buy orchestra, chamber music, and opera tickets as often as I can...and I’m under 30. I prefer the standards, probably because I’m a creature of habit.

On my DVD player. I’ve put my Netflix membership to good use by watching all of the American Film Institute’s Top 100 Movies recently. After that, I switched to lighter fare, like past seasons of 30 Rock.

Hidden talent. I’ve played classical piano pretty seriously since childhood. It's a useful parlor trick to have, though I don't play for many people -- probably because I don't have a parlor.
