Audience research is about looking outward. Once you and your colleagues have internalized the research findings and recommendations, you may find you also need to look inward—at your organization’s vision, brand, strategies, messages, and programmatic offerings.

In others, it means brainstorming creative new programming or positioning concepts to test-drive with audiences.
